Alot of the templates may not include psd's but dont worry because most of the text you need to edit that is not already html is on the flash file! when i say includes normal images that means jpg or gif not psd

If no one else can buy these templates after you sell them, then how are you going to prevent Template Monster from selling them? As far as doing whatever you want with them like you say, that's hardly the case as these are paid templates from Template Monster and you have absolutely no right to be selling them or redistributing them.
