Please give me your honest appraisal opinions.

It seems to me it would be very brandable and easy to market for a variety of industries. Also just reg'd it today, what do you think the value be if it were developed, rather than just the name.. ?

It's not bad, I just can't think of a proper use for it. Maybe a site that gives out a captcha script or something, or information on verification sites? I don't know. There's not many Google results for "verification site", and the other major TLDs for this domain are still available. However, the domain is pretty brandable, it's not too long and only two words, so pretty easy to remember. Development would increase the value of the domain, but i would depend on revenue/traffic for exact numbers.
