Veramyst is an increasingly popular nasal spray that has just recently been approved by the FDA and runs regular TV ads. I have made a decent amount of money from parking this domain but you could make huge amounts of money if you turned it into an informational site with a forum and ads.

This could probably be sold back to the company after some success for 10k.
Selling this domain is not urgent for me as it will only grow in value as the product becomes more popular.
