Good domain, try having a tie-up with a Mechanic group/(s) and use it as a marketing tool for them.

As a revenue model ask for commission based on leads you generate.

I think you can make good $ if you are willing to make you hands dirty, else you can sell it to some Mechanic group which might give you anything in $xxx.
While if the buyer is a domainer don't expect anything more than $200(max)

I absolutely think a forum with a q and a but users can rate the answers, and new peeps can find the top rated answer and feedback what worked best for them.

A forum would also convert that type in traffic into sticky clicks.
