Hey guys I am seeking to take on a good VBulletin Skinner preferably on a pay per skin basis. I need someone with a good design eye. Dont too much care how old you are as long as you can do the job. I have lots of work for the right person.

I may also be interested in purchasing exclusive readymade skins provided they have never been sold.
