Okay for some reason this guy refused to sell to me because i wasnt an american resident.
Not sure why maybe a mod or admin can have a word with him.

unfortunately, most non-US residents do not have confirmed address. i can't do anything about that.

i'm sorry but feedback doesn't change the way i deal with paypal transactions.

i was willing to sell it to you through a different paypal account but then i'd have to send it from that paypal account to my main one. that means i'd be deducted twice for fees, which is why i wanted the additional $5.
