vBulletin & Mod_rewrite Expert Needed!

The software I'm using:

• vBulletin 3.7.0 Gold (Branding Free)
• vBulletin Blog 1.0.5 (Branding Free)
• vBSEO 3.2 (Branding Free)
• vBadvanced CMPS 3.0.1 (Branding Free)
• Custom Garage Add-on (Created exclusively by SirAdrian)

Hoping this can be achieved using vBSEO + .htaccess files.
All files are located at http://www.domain.com/.

We want members' profiles to be shown as: http://domain.com/username
And we want blogs (Official vBulletin Add-on) to be shown as: http://blog.domain.com/username, instead of the standard http://www.domain.com/blog/username. This should also apply to calender, groups, garage (custom addon) & forum.

So it should look like:

• Main Page (vBadvanced)
  • http://www.domain.com/
• Blog (vBulletin Add-on)
  • http://blog.domain.com/
• Calendar (Built-in vBulletin Feature)
  • http://calendar.domain.com/
• Groups (Built-in vBulletin Feature)
  • http://groups.domain.com/
• Garage (Custom Add-on)

  • http://forum.domain.com/
• Member's Profile (Built-in vBulletin Feature)
