vBulletin install

Does anyone know how to install vBulletin? I can't save the config.php.new to config.php for some reason. It keeps saying file already exist so I search it and change the name of that file and try yo save vBulletin file but it does the same thing.

Are you using an FTP client, if so which one?

If you have to, download the current config.php, then delete the copy on your host.

then rename the config.php.new to config.php

Shouldnt cause any clashes. Some FTP clients fail renaming files (I know mine does 1/3 times)
