I have just had an offer of $85.00 for this domain name. In my mind it is worth more than this.
Would anyone have ideas on the value of this domain name and what is the best way to counter offers.

Don't sell. This name is worth much more than $85.00.
If you need the $85.00, go get a bank loan but don't
sell this name for that price. Marketed to the right
end user, this name is worth in the thousands. I sold
a name for $600.00 US and it didn't even compare to
yours.

This is a nice domain but I’m not so sure it’s so good as to be incomparable to a $600 domain. In the end the adage its worth what someone is willing to pay is very true; however, I would toss back a counter with what you believe the value to be.
