What value do you see for:

BeaverLakeOwner.com ???

I have received an unsolicited request to purchase at 65% of appraised value as appraised at sedo.com, flyappraisals.com or accuratedomains.com. I have no idea as to the legitimacy of the offer, but at least somebody is interested in the name.

I'd appreciate your thoughts on the matter...

If it were my domain, I would take the offer. How many beaver lakes are there, and how many of the owners would want that domain? Not a lot I'm guessing.

I've never heard of those two other appraisal sites.

I would stick with sedo.

That sounds very much like an appraisal scam letter someone posted here.
