I am addressing the OP so when i say "the plural" i mean his/her name to be appraised. If it was any other extension I would have added that. So yes the dot net.

I think it's a great name. As johname said, the plural sold for 10K in the past, and that can only help the cause. I think the pural works much better, but neverless the singular is still nice.

As for value, I feel this name screams end-user. Vacation homes are a big business and I dont see that changing anytime soon.

The extension def hurts the name, but I still feel you will make a nice ROI with the right end-user (depending on what you paid for it of course).

Overall I feel possible high $xxx to low $xxxx+ end-user value.
