In my opinion, the domain is worth registration fee for several reasons. First, the .us extension is, in general, not doing well. Although LLL.us may have some value and some even may sell for a considerable amount, particularly if they are a word or stand for something, such as pro.us, top.us, car.us, etc., the L-L names do not seem to be selling... It is hard to see why an investor or end-user would pay much for v-b.us.

.us does not sell well, this domains has - in the name..this probably well never find its end user, or chances are very very slim.
