one of the important things to consider when valuating a domain is how many other extensions are available ! in this case i see that all the other extensions are available !
from xx to mid xxx but it still very hard to find a buyer for this niche !

Checking the available extensions for a domain its one of the first things to do when valuating a domain to get a first impression of the value !! for sure there's some exceptions but the included domains are very rare ! and not that one you want to appraise !!
when a domain name is very good you'll probably find at least .net and .org taken ! please try that with some good domain and you'll see ! i mean domains from the 3d or 4th level !

So in summary, when considering what the price of a domain really is, if almost all of the extensions are available... the name probably stinks :td:

Aha . But if it is a new good domain name and all extensions are avilable shoud i buy other good extension too ?
