On the first glance, random 4l .net..it can become valuable though, in case there is an organisation or business that could short cut their current domain name using your name. I am not going to do this research as it is not my domain

What I found via google is that USLO is acronym for:

United States Liaison Officer
University Students for Law and Order

The second one sound quite promising. So if any organisation would prefer to use acronym to their current name, I am sure they can pay high XXX low XXXX for the name. But this requires active outbound reach to them, without it probability of resale is pretty low in my opinion.

I just google to find a potential leads, and then I write them a sweet short personal email
It is important thought to have full signature, with your email, phone number, link to your professional website, etc..otherwise such emails are often regarded as spam, and not attended to.
