Using the word Google

im looking at getting a domain but it has the word google in it. can i get it?

its like this

the-google-#somthing# (not telling you the domain :p )
its gong to be a seo site with tools and articals. i will put this in the footer of every page :

There are so many domains with *google* word, so I don't think there is somthing to worry about.

I don't think you will have problem too as i see many sites called googleforums googlesomething....

This has been discussed many times in the forum, and while a lot of people get away with using "Google" in their domain in the short run, you are ultimately at the will of Google: if they want the domain, for whatever reason, they can take it. It's a registered TM, and one that is protected quite vigorously, so cavaet emptor.
