Using 3rd part Proxy IP for my visitors.

Hi,
if anyone knows...
Can I use an open proxy ip and port (e.g. one proxy from here Free Proxy Lists - IP and Port Lists - Hide My Ass!) for all the visitors that are coming to my website, so it will be like all my visitors are coming from the specified ip?

Why would you want to do that? ... you would also get banned from places like AdSense because they'll think your clicking your own ads.

So visitors can acces to other pages without having change their browser settings.
I wont put any adsense.

But is there any way to do this?
