If you have a licensed version of vBulletin then I guess you can download it from the official vBulletin site.

yes.. i have ched... its not available for 3.5.1 latest version.. its available for 3.0....

thanks for replay.. i have post message here.. if its available somewhere else than vb.com and vb.org

It only exists for 3.0, not 3.5
