User Name and password

[Berenice]

Hi
I am trying to look for a script that will give me a user name and password boxes but as you can gather I am new to this. I have looked at Javascript but am still confused. It doesn't have to be that secure as there is no money etc involved, judt for members to log in. Can anyone help me with this annoying but probably easy query?
Thanking you in advance
Berenice
