I think that his needs to be developed to explain the term "rigs"....oil, truck, etc.

As a domain, you might find a buyer willing to part with low $xxx for it. Good luck, and some marketing might help you.

Low to mid xxx sounds about right for me also. Rigs is a little obscure as a keyword. I'd market it as used oil rigs, tractor trailor rigs, anything along those lines.

I think the name is good and it would gain value quickly with developing the website. If you want to sell it cold right now, I don't think it would be easy to get more than $25.
