Its a hot subject at the moment, particularly in Europe, so its interesting you have an offer for your US type domain.

As to the value, that depends on
1) How much traffic it gets
2) How much revenue it earns
3) Is the domain developed or just parked at the moment ( I see it's parked, with GoDaddy?)
4) What a buyer is willing to pay!

We need a little more info to be able to Appraise.

Thanks for the replies -- here is a bit more info. My apologies, it's actually USABirdFlu.com. Acquired recently at TDNAM but no Alexa or Archive history that I can find. It does have Overture results (below) and significant Google listings.

364 bird flu in the usa
330 bird flu usa
26 usa today bird

BirdFlu.com, though a better name, sold over a year ago for 19,875.

Currently I parked it at Trafficz, but was thinking to move it to FAB.

Based on that sale if I were offered 10-15,000 your name, I'd call it a success!
But of course it depends what you were actually offered, and what you are willing to take.

If (when?) Bird Flu does strike the USA, your name will rise in value, so it might well be worth holding for another few months if you are willing to maybe let this offer lapse.
