A good name for a "top ten * in the US" lists, for example you can develop it into a universal shopping guide that features top ten products/services for each item based on US sales/stats.
The domain by itself does not have any special value but if developed into a nice top-10 shopping guide and once it starts to make some serious traffic it can go for low $x,xxx to an interested end user.
You can also consider using affiliate programs with the top-10 lists to make some money.
