US black Friday sales!

They are having some good sales today! I was at walmart at 3 am waiting for the 5am to 11am sale start... I snagged an RCA 52" hdtv projection for $454.97 ......I made it to fry's down the road...Scored a 19" samsung wide screen lcd monitor for $149! the monitor is not for me..it's Christmas gift.....I narroly missed the Xbox360 premuim sale of $269....they had sold out by 7am...some awesome buys out there..some more than 50% off retail....Iam to tired to seek out anymore...i wish i wasn't though.

Heh, Amazon.com had the Xbox 360 for $100 for the first 1,000 people yesterday.

Anyway, I regularly visit Dealcatcher.com. They have a massive list of Black Friday sales. I know a lot of these stores have online sales as well.

I got a $382 jacket for just around $150.
Like -X- did, I got a TV for a considerably low price and some other stuff.

I got some really good stuff! I'll have to tell after Christmas as my brother will see this and know some of what he is getting. The longest line I had was a ACE Hardware just after it opened and it was about 5-10 long. JCPennys had HUGE lines(over an hour just to pay) but I found a register few people knew about and had no wait. I got almost everything I wanted but missed alot of the free after rebates. Did anyone order online or plan on?

I woke up at some insane hour (5:30 am) to go out and get 2 9inch personal DVD players for $89 each!! WOoo Hoooo :D Target was crazy!! There was a line about two city blocks long and people cutting in line when the doors opened, old ladies yelling, and lets not even talk about the mass of people in the Electronics dept. I did however make it through, get my DVD players and make it out of the store 15 minutes after it opened.

Then came home and regretted getting up so early and tried to go back to sleep! It didn't work, but I did take a nap later

The amazon xbox 360 for $100 was a bit of a scam on my end. I was there right at 11AM and conveniently their servers were down - the whole site. None of my friends could access it either. When it came back online it said sold out.

Tried on two computers, on this one it never refreshed until about 1:03. My computer below refreshed right at 1:00 and I got through.

2 of my buddies tried, got in at 1:01 but they were all gone

All the amazon xbox 360 sold out in 29 seconds I read on yahoo! People were sitting there hitting refresh I think.

It was definatly a crazy shopping day.....After a two hour nap...i went back out seeking the deals....i wasn't able to get in on any other awsome buys....that two hour nap cost me-LOL....But the amount of people at best buy was overwhelming...i have never seen so many people in a store in my life....all the sale items were gone though....so i came back home and enjoyed my catch..."52 RCA Tv....It was just crazy at the retail outlets :D

My mom went to Best Buy at around 4:30 AM to try and get me a 19" Wide screen monitor, but she was unsuccessful, they were sold out in like 5 minutes, and she was too far back in the line.

"Never again" she said.
