100% vector, complies with your requirements, and is simple yet professional. A perfect intro to an HD slideshow or display on a T-shirt. All three are not "busy" so they are not distracting. The "dot" theme (in the two) is to compliment Japan's flag. The "J" is accentuated for style and emphasis. A ".com" addendum could be put on to any of these with no trouble at all.

Please offer feedback, I'm willing to do revisions to make it perfect. All vector and can be exported as PSD with no loss of quality at any size.
