I have a PR0 directory that is new. Now you may think my directory will NOT bring traffic to your website because it only has a PR0.
But if you want to bring visitors to your website,the page rank does not matter. All that matters is how many people visit my website per day/month so they'll see your submitted url and browse to it.
So here are the traffic stats per day for my PR0 link directory:

As you can see,the traffic stats for the past 18days average out to be 102.78 visitors per day. so if you submit your link to my directory,you could have all these visitors browsing to your website too.
And i'm still busy promoting my website via signature in 40+ forums and growing.
