It is still hard to appraise .ES domain names, so even harder for .com.es.

Initially those do not have any value over reg fee at all, unless they are great spanish keywords.

Anyway URL is an universal term widely used in spain so it might fit any web/internet related website, so I would say you might get mid-high $XX resell value and maybe reach 3 figures if you find an interested end user.

I could see you getting low to mid xxx from an end user in Spain. Much, much lower to a reseller, maybe even low xx depending on traffic.
