Urgent prob need fixed

hello there,

okay this is my issue :-

site is Bigfilez.com . im running it on a vps with 2 other sites, but bigfilez takes ALOT of cpu load/server load. And alot of memory also.
Currently memory and cpu consumption is so high, i cannot even login to cpanel or whm.

I inquired with my host and this is what they said :
"you have problems with your code in your scripts, which cause processes to hang often using up all the memory available on your VPS. This cause WHM/CPanel services to fail and is related to you not being able to access WHM during those times. A restart will fix the issue, but unless you do something about your code, it will continue to happen."

Therefore i need someone who is experienced at fixing issues like this please.
