This is the second time a sale of this domain has gone bad in here .... You need some time to think about that IMO - ACCOUNT CLOSED for now ......

For what it's worth, he did say in his first post "BIN: Make me an offer I cant refuse before the auction ends. ( via PM) 300$ or so" He told me he wasn't willing to let the site go for under $225 in PM - if that's the case why not have bidding start at $225? That's the only problem I've had with this...

Well ... he also said that he would sell it at 7pm Central Time on Oct. 9th "if you're the top bidder and the auction is still going on and the highest bid is over 61$ it's yours" ... which someone did bid over $61 and the deadline passed yet he backed out of the sale. Freakz got his bid of $75 at 6:55pm, 5 minutes before the deadline ... so it should be Freakz, but ... I guess it doesn't matter now since the seller is no longer a NP member.

Sorry, I was annoyed as well since I was interested in the site, but then remembered the first time he tried to sell it.
