It used to be an Image Host site before, which went offline in Februrary. I bought the Domain a short while ago and built a small site that was uploaded about 5 days ago.

As mentioned, there are 199 sites linking to UploadItFree.com according to Google, http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&lr=&q=link:HgVg-85dr8MJ:www.uploaditfree.com/.
