Upload Status Bar

Hi all,
Im in need of an upload status bar for my file hosting site.
When sum1 uploads a file i need to show them the % Uploaded so far etc.

E.G www.putfile.com and upload a file and have a look what i mean.

What you want can't be written in native PHP or most other languages, because of the way file uploads work.

Essentially, languages like PHP know nothing about the file you're uploading until AFTER the file has completed uploading, which pretty much makes a progress meter in PHP impossible.

What you need is something in AJAX, such as:
