maybe, but in any case i am following the rules :gl:

mid $xxxx is what my gut was telling me.. i think the perfect owner would be a startup 4G/WiMAX provider looking to give the incumbents a run for their money. Given the right environment, I could see the name bidding past 4 figures.

BTW is it ok to mention auction houses by name here in the forum, or is that a no-no?

Estibot says $ 47000.
Divide it with 10 and you get 4700 $ is more right.

Maybe MTV would like to buy it? :)

A show on MTV in the 90's is the only reason this domain has any level of excitement. If that show never existed, the responses in here probably wouldn't be higher than low $xxx.

With that in mind, I'm not high on this domain in terms of development. It would be a difficult project with VERY FEW end users. Serious music sites are a headache to run since there is a constant avalanche of content that needs to be created or they go stale very quickly.

IMO it's a domainer's domain at the price point it is likely to be at - which I mostly agree with the thread, is probably at low $x,xxx. Maybe mid $x,xxx. It will never be seriously developed though.

low xx,xxx would be my starting point but I think it could go much higher.

This a nice name. Can become a brand if developed.
Mid $X,XXX

That would be a pretty crappy brand considering that in any sense other than music, unplugged is really quite negative.

I think you are missing the obvious use for this domain, it's not music, MTV etc.

OK, you own the name, so given this, i think the best bet is for a wireless broadband service or similar, i know that the term is used by Australia's second biggest telco, Optus. Here are the results from Bing when i type in unplugged,

Optus Unplugged
Broadband Unplugged
MTV Unplugged
Nirvana Unplugged
Unplugged Internet
Optusnet Unplugged
Wireless Unplugged
Waeco Unplugged

I would forget about MTV or music etc and concentrate on the most logical uses going forward.

I would expect mid $xxxx resale value and higher, and into the $xx,xxx range for an end user price.

At first glance I was thinking this was a low $X,XXX type domain, however after a little research this term has more wide appeal that I realized.

The term starts 279 .COM alone, not to mention other extensions.
The term ends 500+ .COM.

There are a lot of companies out there who use this term for branding purposes, and the end user field looks very good.

I would want at least low $XX,XXX for this minimum.

IMHO this name is worth high $x,xxx in the worst case, but the right end-user could buy it for much more.

nice name:

$10-$12k current market IMHO

Best of luck

This needs to be developed IMO to realize its true intrinsic value.

As others have stated low $XX,XXX would be a starting point for me
