1 mbps at his full rate you are able to transfer 316,40625Gb per month (30 days)
but your max speed is 125Kb/s
if you choose 150Gb you will have half of the bandwidth but at a 100mbit port (normally) that is around 12,5Mb/s max speed.

btw are you looking for hosting ?

If you don't think you will be hitting 150GB bandwidth, choose that otherwise if your hosting more than a few domains at a fairly large size 1MBPS will start to slow you down fairly quickly.
