I didn't see anything at the ".COM", and the Google results are: about 81,900 for "Unique Hits".
I'd take this directly to some of these potential End user "leads":

And I'd also possibly talk to the owner's of the aforementioned ".COM". $125 - $150+ under such a scenario, IMHO. $25 - $40 (wholesale and undeveloped), as I see it ... and definitely *worthy* of further development.

I see a lot of potential for this one. I agree that you should contact the .com and see if you can buy him out or take him on as minimal partner. Because if you have the same site you have now and it's on the .com it's value will go through the roof especially if you can deliver the goods and keep good customer service. This could be a good money maker. If you are interested in selling it I would wait about 6 months in that time I wouldn't be surprized to see the value jump to at least $300, but as in everything it's all in the marketing.

Nice layout. Worthy service & with the right marketing should be a nice revenue builder for yourself or new owner.
