Fair enough. Tell you what, the winner of this auction will have the option of choosing any domain name they wish. I'll register it for them, and completely rebrand the website to match the new brand/domain .

PS, I really never thought about the TM issue, if there is any. Personally, I'm not a domainer, but it didn't look like myspace did anything with the thousands of 'myspace layout' websites out there, so I only assumed there wouldn't be any legal problems with this name. Of course, I'm probably wrong.
