What I have to offer is a unique oppurtunity to develop a website for me, although I have no cash to pay for you to do this, what I am proposing is:
You develop the website on "domain", I pay all costs such as hosting, domain etc. but you get all revenue for the first year. I'll give you full access to hosting (ftp, mysql database etc.) and pay for hosting and a domain, then it is up to you to do what you want with the website.
I will let you do virtually anything, and you get to keep any money made for the first year. Although after that time period whatever you have done will be mine to use. Please PM me for more information on this, including domain I have in mind. I will not be letting the first person to contact me about this have the job, I am wanting your proposals, then once I get a few the best will be chosen, and I'll let you start working. Also under some circumstances I may allow for you to keep any revenue made for more than a year, but that will have to be discussed beforehand.
