Check that and you will see there is nothing unique with this layout.
I own b1url and i recently got this guy registering their url on my site, and thought i recognised the layout, no wonder why he does not give full psds with layers.

No problems, i wondered why i did not get all the layers on the layout i bough from him, but i got use for it even if it was a free one so does not mather for me.

But i guess you would like a explanation morph, i hate guys selling free styles.
