This lead is most likely your best opp'tnty to sell this name. The name may be difficult to sell, outside of this .biz lead.. Being long, and a .net...
That said,
I'de ask $129 and that will leave a little room for negotiating..

Asking between $175 to $225 shouldn't scare them away (but you'll never know until you try).
