there are so many LLL.cc still available and at this point that's worth reg. fee. Are you planning to develop it?

You are referring to a sub domain. www.Uni.cc is the domain, what you get is a free subdomain, such as Hey.uni.cc . You will not own this name, that is why it is free.
I would forget it, and find you a cheap .com, .net,or other domain. .cc's are a little more expensive, so for a rookie I wouldn't recommend that.

yea it is subdomain and i do have regular tlds but i was browing the internet and saw FREE DOMAIN and it was uni.cc website so i figured i would ask.
