"com" names are good typos, better than "wwwWORD" typos since people usually type the ext, but usually don't type the www.
In this case, however, unexplained.com is just a parking page, so unless it gets a TON of type-ins, your typo won't get very much traffic at all, making it worthless, imho.
I personally would have saved my free domain for something else, but I wish you luck.
I'm not worried- I have a few more free domains at my disposal and the new year is coming upon us in the next few months. If Unexplained.com was available-i would have gotten it "winks"
The keyword Unexplained with content should be enough to place it at the top of any unexplained searches.
Well-it looks like the overwhelming verdit is that it's a useless domain- time will prove you right or wrong. UnexplainedCom.com or Unexplained Community as I put it, has the chances of ranking in top marks in search engines. This is coming from someone who also owns a long list of other iffy domains.
AdobeCS3.com TalkGraphics.net GraphicsTalk.net PostToPostam.com XbitXT.com TalkParanormal.com Paranormal2.com CoastToCoastAMforum.com and the list goes on and on. I believe it has a value for the search engine results once I have things up and running with content. That is where the true value of any domain lies-not in the value a person sees once they first look at it-look at unexplained.com/ as it is now-it's worthless, no content of it's own and no members-possibly no true traffic either beyond type in traffic.
