Immortal Technique is one of the biggest underground rappers in the rap industry with a big political infulence in his music he often causes controversy.
There are only a few immortal technique dedicated websites on the internet, and the other main two currently dont have forums running on them. My site is mainly a forums, but also has a gallery and a audio page built into them.
The domain is a google PR1, and averaging out about 320 unique visitors a day. It has high rankings in google and MSN for most things related to immortal technique, such as :
"immortal technique" (4th google / 1st MSN)
"immortal technique audio" (4th google / 1st MSN)
"immortal technique forums" (1st/2nd google / 1st MSN)
(also many more searches)

The site opened in November 2005, and already has over 1000 members, posting is also now starting to pick up.
I have currently made $25 from google ADSENCE since the end of february, and the last few days are as follows. As you can see they are starting to pick up. (currently there is only one ad on the top of the forums), there is plenty of room for more.

The site is running the forum software myBB which is currently updated to the latest version, however once you have purchased you can obviouslly convert to another software.
We are currently averaging around 10/25 new members a day.
The forum skin is not something i am able to sell on with this sale as i was only given permission to use on my own forums. However i would be willing to create a new myBB theme for the forums for $30 on top of the sale price.
I have also been in contact with Immortal Technique's record label who are happy with the site and fully support the community. If you are interested please contact me via email on [email protected] or post a bid here, the bidding with start at $300 with $25/50 increments. If after bidding is finished and the price in my eyes is unsatisfactory the deal will not go through. (I am looking for over $500).
