UNBELIEVABLE WEBSITE FOR SALE - Get free hosting and business leads! 400- 500 UNIQUES A DAY!
hello, first off, if you know me then you know im legit and ethics mean everything! so, having said that, let me tell you about a CUSTOM made website that i am offering for sale which needs to sell this week!
last year, i came up with this brilliant business idea to generate FREE leads for my businesses. so i hired a top notch programmer to put it all together for me. and he did a great job. unfortunately, he HAD to go do a project for a HUGE isp which paid him 7 figures and well, that left me without the means to update my database and to even extract the data from it
i figured at some point i would just hire someone else, but the thing is, i dont even know what im doing! not a good scenario at all!
i am extremely hesitant to name the project here, because well, i dont want anyone to get any ideas. but i will give you more info if i know who you are and if you are legit!
here is a little bit about what we have going on here...
the website we made has several partners. those partners submit free leads to us daily, around the clock. this information includes a valid email address, a url and some other information, INCLUDING an IP address which is very important to have. again, this is all free and it is all legit! the client enters the info himself!!!! i will even tell you exactly HOW to get MORE free leads and where! it is unbelievable!
i know it sounds too good to be true, and thats why im a genius and also very sad that i cant personally do anything with this
right now, i have determined that i have about 15k members. these members all own websites! do you have a product or service to sell to them?? hosting? design?? templates? other products? ill bet you do or you wouldnt be reading this! would you send emails to people who have signed up at your website?? do you know how to do this?? i hope you do or can hire someone to do it for you! there is a lot of money at stake here!
you will have to know php, mysql and basic html. the site is hosted by me currently (www.ProprietaryHosting.com), at dinix. id prefer that it is moved, but you can always pay me for the hosting every month and leave it where it is. ill give you the first month at no charge. i can NOT assist you at all whatsoever with any of the programming or data. i just dont have that ability! when you purchase the website, it is yours and all sales are final. im not offering a "free trial" and im not playing games!

having said that, i want you to stop drooling! per our agreement with our partners, we can NOT run popup advertising of ANY kind on our leads pages. do NOT plan on using this traffic for popups. this is not a crap site that is to be trashed for a quick buck!
you can use CPM ads on leads pages, but no popups! make sure you understand that!

let me further reiterate something about this website. it is MAINLY for getting business leads and data, not for content, althought you are welcomed to change that. you can NOT use popups on the leads pages, ever. if you do, you lose all your traffic, or most of it! you MUST be able to maintain this without ANY assistance from me! you SHOULD be willing to use (LEGIT) email marketing to contact these people. after all, they DID give you the info. use it, thats what its for! i am NOT going to reveal any of my sources here, and if you are serious, then you will probably appreciate that! this is NOT an off the shelf script. this is a CUSTOM programmed php script which was designed BY ME and made by a HIGHLY skilled programmer here in the US who was paid a LOT of money by a major ISP (so you know he is good and very expensive!!).
i am ONLY selling this site because of a last minute financial need due to a ridiculous court decision against my ex! dammit! he was supposed to be paying me a lot of money this month, now he doesnt have to until MAYBE august or so they say! plus, im a girl and i go thru money really fast
