I have been active lately in regging .co.uk names, however I have a question for a common term. What do they mean in the UK when they say "estate"?

It can mean different things. What is the context?

"Michael Jackson's estate is said to be worth $$$"
"Paul McCartney has been forced to demolish a building on the grounds of his estate"
"I met with an estate agent to discuss selling my house"

Ok, looks like it means the same thing in the UK as the US. Well the domain I had in mind kinda doesn't make sense then. Thanks for answering! :gl:

One thing to avoid: in the UK they normally don't use terms like real estate. Instead they prefer terms such as homes and properties.
But they have estate agents
