I am looking into buying high search volume, single word domain names and wondering if there is value in doing this? - lowest search volume would be 35,000 monthly up to over 1 million

Only thing putting me off is the stats below from Name Bio - Thoughts would be appreciated!

I worry about my sanity sometimes - all the names I bought under .uk are owned by the co.uk owners who have the rights until next year to own the .uk extension!

Another massive lesson learned - refund has been accepted by GoDaddy - they were good names as well. but never mind a new day will start soon!
