I'm assuming you want that because you don't own a valid VBulletin licence?
If thats the case then you really shouldnt be using it, and I'm very much sure this would be against the rules here..

best thing to do is for him to add your email to this license, that way you can register on vb.org and will be able to download hacks (believe that system is still working that way with ability to add more emails to the license for dev teams)
