I suppose it definitely could be but the issue with value is down to it being a .co.uk.

That doesn't mean it won't be worth something. Some .co.uk domains have sold for over £10k this year - snowflake.co.uk for example. It's about what someone is willing to pay for it.

I hope you can get a decent amount and would be interested to know if you do.
