I have no choice here but to honor the agreement, I am a newbie in this domain business, I never knew I needed to set a reserve price. I will transfer the domain name to you since you are the winner, even though I am the loser here. But can you kindly please pay me the amount I used to hand regged the domain name and see it as if you were the one who registered it yourself. Please. I don't have much, I just started this business and I am a student. Kindly help me.
Also I would like you to teach me how to set a reserve price incase of next time. Thanks

@ollykay619, you need to start the auction at a price you are willing to complete the transaction for.

@ollykay619 - As previously stated, you are bound to sell to the high bidder who won the domain for $4. You may not increase the price or add fee's. You have a final 24 hours to initiate the transaction with the winner. Failure to honor the binding agreement within 24 hours will result in a bad business infraction that might potentially limit your accounts access to NamePros.

@Lionel Cohen - If for any reason the seller does not honor the sale in 24 hours, please report them again to me so I can issue the infraction.

I am hoping that you can both resolve this matter so that I don't have to get further involved.
