Those who are making money off trademarks owned by others are giving the rest of the domain industry a bad reputation and causing blind over-reactions like the Snowe bill and the LH.com reverse hijacking.

But I can see the other side of the issue - the best place to locate a store selling diamonds is across the street from the biggest diamond store in town. And aggressive lawyers will always find ways to take away domains.

typosquatter? What wrong? We are just buying typo domain, which are not register trade mark. but, of course, the content should not in any way resemble the original site. Typo is the only to get traffic...

If it's a dictionary word that is commonly spelt wrong, then it could be good to reg if you get typo traffic from it.
