Depends on traffic, if traffic is good than you can easily get high $xx for this name but if traffic is poor the name is worth less than low $xx

I guess I should've waited till later to get an appraisal. I'll get back to you all when I'm able to get some traffic stats.

Oh, and too the person who said the letters are spaced out enough to not be a problem: The n and f in the address are switched around. In a rush, someone may accidently push the f key before the n.
