I am looking to sell one of my music gear sites, www.djdemand.com.
The site has been up since 12/2005. The domain is PR4. I am not really excited to sell this, but I need the money with Christmas and all.
I have done virtually nothing for promotion on this site since I have had my hands full with all my other sites. Originally I had planned on promoting through AdWords or a similar PPC campaign.
As far as AdSense goes, I honestly don't know since I just realized while looking at my stats that I didn't have a channel properly set up for it in my AdSense account. So, I guess we will say it is making nothing on ads for the purposes of this sale. I know it has though, I would estimate it at about $10-$15 a month.
I will replace the forum and links on the homepage with RSS news feeds related to drums if the new owner would like. I will also consider leaving the existing high PR links to the site for a while if the sale goes through at a decent price.
The site is not sandboxed, indexed, and ready for someone to promote. I have no doubt you can turn this into a highly profitable site with a link-building or a CPC campaign. I can help you with some ideas.
This site was on my old partners server and just switched over this week, I have no stats except the last few days.
