I really love them, but I don't see myself developing them, so I don't want them anymore. I'm only really going to be keeping domains that I have development plans for. Although I had ideas for both of these, the projects are far too big for what I have time for anymore. I want them to have a chance to be developed and I can't give them that chance.

You can make an offer for both together, or for only one, if you prefer. They're not related so I wouldn't expect someone to want both.
