Two issues

Hello, i wasn't sure where to post these questions, so if this is in the wrong section i apologize.
First, i'm having a problem with my home page

I have some image swap buttons, when you click on the product buttons "side curtains", "front curtains" or "ground mat" the image above and the image text to the left are supposed to change, but sometimes it doesn't do what it's supposed to, the space goes blank or nothing happens. Is this because my image files are too large? Is there anything i can do to make this go smoother.

My other question is in regards to updating web pages, when i make updates to pages, my client sometimes has to hit refresh 4-5 times before they can see the change. Is there anything i can do about this?

All the images seem to change for me each time I click on them. It may just be a setting you need to change and have your client change on their browser. If you're using IE you can go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Settings and make sure you have Check for new versions of stored pages set to automatically. Also, you may try having your client to press ctrl+f5 to force the page to refresh with the most recent files.
